Orders and Shipping
98% of all orders are sent out same day. Therefore, it is expected that Express shipping will arrive within 1-3 days (will vary depending on location). Standard shipping will is expected within 5-10 days.
Please Contact Us ASAP at feelinggoodsau@gmail.com If you are quick enough we might be able to update before being shipped. If we are contact after shipment an additional redirection fee may be charged.
An automated email will be sent out, this email will include the tracking details with a summary of the order.
All tax is included in total price, shipping prices are introduced during checkout.
At the moment we ship to all locations in Australia and New Zealand, upon request we can organise international shipping.
All items will be delivered together unless otherwise notified.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
To apply for a return, please email feelinggoodsau@gmail.com.au with your order number, name and number. In the text of the email, please outline your concern of the product. Please attach photos of the picking slip, product overall and a close up of any fault that is mentioned. We will respond to your request within 48 hours. If approved, we will either agree to replace or refund your order excluding shipping. For a replacement, we will wear any associated cost of shipping the new item to you.

If a parcel arrives damaged, we must process a claim before we can issue a refund or replacement item, we will require photographs of the damaged item and packaging and time is of importance. Our policies require this to have been processed before handling the replacement or refund.
If we have authorised a return we will supply the shipping details, if the product is to be returned due to our error we will supply a return label.
